Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Leasing Temporaries LLC dba Shellz Property Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit apartmentleasingtraining.com, the website for Shellz Training Guard™ (the “Site”), fill out a form, book a time, use the chat on the Site, or otherwise share information with us.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.
What information we collect
Information you give us
- Request and inquiry forms. When you ask for details, plan a training calendar, or contact us, we collect what you enter: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, portfolio size or number of units, the number of training days you are considering, and any message you write.
- Booking a call or a training date. When you use our booking calendar, we collect your name, email, phone number, the time you choose, and any answers you give on the booking form.
- Chat. When you use the chat on the Site, we collect the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share.
- Email and phone. When you email or call us, we keep the content of that communication and your contact details.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information. Like most websites, the Site and the services it uses receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit, the time of your visit, and the website that sent you to us.
- Advertising and campaign information. If you arrive from an advertisement or a tagged link, the link can carry identifiers that tell us which ad or campaign brought you here. These include Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content). We also note the page you first landed on and the website that referred you.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, send the information you asked for, and follow up with you personally.
- To schedule, confirm and deliver calls, workshops and training dates.
- To keep a record of your inquiry so we can serve you well if you contact us again.
- To understand which advertising and outreach actually bring people to us, so we spend our marketing budget wisely.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it to anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers that process your information for us
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the Site and handle inquiries. They process your information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us.
| Provider | What it does for us |
|---|---|
| Growth Hub 365 (built on the HighLevel / LeadConnector platform) | Our customer records, booking calendar, the chat on the Site, and email or text messages about your request or booking. |
| n8n (automation software running on our own server) | Receives form submissions from the Site and routes them to our records and to us. |
| Airtable | Our internal record of inquiries and leads. |
| Google (Gmail / Google Workspace) | Sending and receiving email, including the details you ask for and our internal notifications. |
| Hostinger | Hosts the server the Site and our automation run on. |
| Google Analytics and Google Ads | Measuring how the Site is used and whether our ads lead to inquiries (see “Cookies and similar technologies” below). |
| Google Fonts | Supplies the typefaces the Site displays. Your browser requests the fonts directly from Google. |
We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, in which case the new owner will be bound by this policy.
Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. We use the following:
| Name / type | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
| alt_attr (our own cookie) | Remembers the ad or campaign that brought you to the Site — the Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), the campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the page you first landed on and the referring website — so that if you later fill out a form or book a time, we know which ad or campaign led to it. It is only set when you arrive from a tagged link, and it is sent to us only with a form you submit or a booking you make. | 90 days |
| alt_src (browser session storage) | Carries campaign tags from page to page during a single visit so the booking calendar knows where you came from. | Until you close the browser tab |
| Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows us how people use the Site (for example, which pages are read and whether the request form is used). Google Analytics receives your IP address and device information, not your name. | Set by Google; up to 2 years |
| Google Ads conversion tracking | Tells us when a visit from one of our Google ads leads to an inquiry or booking, so we can measure whether our ads work. We do not use it to build personal advertising profiles of you. | Set by Google; up to 90 days |
| Chat widget | The chat on the Site may store a small amount of information in your browser so your conversation continues as you move between pages. | Set by the chat provider |
Google’s use of information from Google Analytics and Google Ads is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
The chat on this Site
The chat is an automated assistant. Its replies are generated by software, not typed by a person, and it is there to answer common questions and help you book a call. Messages you send are stored in our customer records with Growth Hub 365 so we can follow up. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.
Your choices and how to opt out
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies, including alt_attr, in your browser settings. The Site will still work; we just will not know which ad or campaign brought you here.
- Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Google ads. You can control how Google personalizes ads at My Ad Center. You can also opt out of many advertising networks through the Network Advertising Initiative and the Digital Advertising Alliance.
- Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in the message, or by emailing us.
- Text messages. If you agree to receive text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Even after you opt out of marketing, we may still send messages needed to serve you, such as booking confirmations and responses to your questions.
Your rights: access, correction and deletion
You may ask us to:
- Tell you whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy of it.
- Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your personal information.
- Stop or limit how we use your information, including for marketing.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will confirm your request and respond within a reasonable time, and within any period required by law. When you ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our customer records, our inquiry records and our email lists, and ask our service providers to do the same, except for anything we must keep to meet a legal obligation. These rights may be limited where the law allows, and you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and customer information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, and meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, and then delete it or make it anonymous. The alt_attr cookie expires on its own after 90 days.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) on the Site, access controls on our systems, and service providers that maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is for business professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Information processed outside your country
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may store or process information in the United States or other countries. Where we transfer information internationally, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
Other websites
The Site links to other websites, including leasingtemps.com and our booking pages. This policy covers only apartmentleasingtraining.com; other sites have their own privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective line. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
